Patrick's football journey began in non-League football with Beaconsfield SYCOB, after which he signed his first professional contract with Kidderminster Harriers. His career saw him moving through various clubs, including Barnsley and Bradford City, before joining Sutton United. In 2024, Tranmere Rovers secured the 28-year-old forward on a one-year contract following his tenure at Sutton United, where he made 43 appearances in all competitions. Notably, Patrick had a successful stint at Carlisle United, contributing significantly to their promotion to League One by winning the League Two play-off final.
